Desert Mythologies

Desert Mythologies is an ongoing body of work exploring transformation, cyclical time and consciousness through imagined desert landscapes. These environments exist somewhere between physical places and inner worlds, becoming spaces where memory, reflection and personal transformation unfold.

Through recurring motifs such as animals, flora, shells, fruits and symbolic objects, the paintings create contemporary myths that explore cycles of growth, change and renewal. The desert becomes a landscape of transition, where moments of uncertainty, awakening and self-discovery are held within the larger rhythms of nature.
